Palmer - Miss Opal Louise Layne, 71, passed away Friday, November 16, 2012. She was born in Palmer, Tennessee on February 25, 1941. She is survived by her mother, Fannie Clair Layne and a host of cousins. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday at the graveside in the Griffiths Creek Cemetery with Bro.
