Palmer - Mr. Parker Watts, Jr., 72, passed away Friday, June 25, 2010. He was a US Army Veteran. He was born on March 22, 1938 to Parker and Hazel Levan Watts, Sr. who preceded him in death along with his brothers, Willie and David Watts; sisters, Peggy Ruth Watts and Clara Louise Mitchell. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie J. Smith Watts; sister, Betty Gholston; several loving nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 Sunday in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow in the Palmer City Cemetery. Visitation: 4:00 PM till 9:00 PM Saturday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, TN.
