Gruetli-Laager - Oscar H. Morrison, 76, died Tuesday, June 29, 2010. He was a US Navy Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Isom M. and Josie Way Morrison; brothers, Fred, Mitchell, Lee, Frank, JC, Lesle, Henry and George Morrison and Wesley Kilgore; sisters, Vesty Morrison, Maude Layne, Isabell McCully and Maxie Kowlowski. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Denise Bivens Morrison; daughters, Patricia (Daryl) Street, Dorissa and Delyssa Bivens; sons, Ronnie (Michelle) Morrison, Colby (Daty) and Tisom Bivens; sister, Phyllis Nunley; grandchildren, Amanda Riegel, Stephanie Paulk, Cyrus Morrison, Derek Street and Daphne Morrison; great-grandchild, Darius Root; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow in the Coalmont Cemetery with Military Honors. Visitation: 4:00 PM till 10:00 PM Thursday at Layne Funeral Home; Palmer, TN.
