Palmer - Mrs. Molly O. Layman, 65, passed away Friday September 28, 2012. She was born in Palmer, Tennessee on February 16, 1947 to Lee and Icie Fults Keener, who preceded her in death along with her son, William Earl Smith; grand daughter, Tosha Oday Nolan; brother, Robert Lee Keener; sisters, Wilma Keener, Betty Swindle and Polly Bowman; niece Pamela Nolan. She is survived by her husband, Tommy Layman; daughters, Cindy (Mickey) Stephenson, Melissa Layman (Chris Thompson), Kim (Brian) Price; sisters, Martha Sullivan, Dellene (Jonathan) Bivens, Velvie Russell and Deborah (Wayne) Meeks; 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; several loving nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Don Layne and Bro. Wayne Norris officiating with burial to follow in the Brown's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Saturday and 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Sunday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
