Obituary of Lucille Campbell

Coalmont, Tennessee – Mrs. Lucille Campbell, 74, passed away Tuesday October 27, 2020 at the NHC Columbia Nursing Home in Columbia, Tennessee.  She was born in Grundy, Viginia on January 20, 1946 to Lawson Stacy and Ocie Ruth Stiltner Stacy and her adopted parents, Rosevelt Shortridge and Vada Ball Shortridge who preceded her in death along with her sisters, Pinkie McCoy, Frances Epling and Claudia Cox; son, James Richard Davis

She was a member of the Altamont Church of Christ.

 She is survived by her husband, Larry Campbell; sons, Marshall Keith Davis, Coalmont, Leonard John (Carol) Davis, Columbia and Larry Scott Campbell, Coalmont; brothers, Billy Ray Sturgill, Bobby, Lonnie, Don, Tim, David, Robert, Jeff and Billy Joe Harrison; sisters, Suzie Ramey, Samantha Scott, Julie Wright ,Vanessa Ramey and Jackie Harrison; 5 grandchildren; a multitude of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Eddie Birdwell officiating with burial to follow in the Coalmont Cemetery. Visitation 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Saturday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
