Obituary of Rodney Amos Sanders

Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee – Mr. Rodney Amos Sanders, 48, died Tuesday November 3, 2020 at the Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  He was born in Palmer, Tennessee on December 15, 1971. He worked for Kings Nursery.

He was preceded in death by his father, Amos Sanders.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia Darlene King Sanders; son, Jonathan Sanders; daughter, Rylee Worley; sisters, Cynthia (Sep) Layne, Dana Williams (Timothy Nolan), Joeanna (Scotty) Partin and Brittany (Roger) Layman; uncle, Donnie Ray King; a host of loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 11:30 AM Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Ronnie Partin and Steve Nance officiating with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery.  Visitation 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Saturday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
