Obituary of Lee Doug Fitch

Altamont, Tennessee – Mr. Lee Doug Fitch, 50, passed away Saturday February 27, 2021 at the Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.  He was born in Palmer, Tennessee on January 29, 1971 to Douglas and Shirley Turner Fitch who preceded him in death.

He helped his father working pulling bushes for nursery’s and attended local churches in the area.

He is survived by his sister, Lisa (James) Anderson; niece, Jade (Jeremy) Wanamaker; nephew, Brandon Anderson; great nephew, Braxton Wanamaker; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Wayne Norris officiating with burial to follow in the Altamont, Cemetery. Visitation 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Monday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
