Obituary of Violet Faye Fults

Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee – Mrs. Violet Faye Fults, 80, died Thursday April 22, 2021 at her home.  She was born in Palmer, Tennessee on July 28, 1940 to Isaac VanHooser and Nora Layne VanHooser who preceded her in death along with her husband, Melvin Fults; son, Jimmy L. Fults; sisters, Edith Magdalene Fults, Sue Campbell and Nora Treva VanHooser.

 

She is survived by her son, Wade Fults; daughter, Karen (Stacey) McGee; Sister, Linda Fults; grandchildren, Courtney McGee, Whitney (Jaylon) Greene and Jessie McGee; great grandchildren, Dawson, Ella , Payslon, BryLynn and Hazel; several nieces and nephews.

 

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers Delbert Layne and Charles Slatton officiating with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery. Visitation 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Friday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
