Obituary of Teagan Brooke Mainord

Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee – Miss Teagan Brooke Mainord, 7 months, passed away Sunday December 5, 2021, at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt after a lengthy battle with heart complications.

She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on April 20, 2021, to her loving parents, Trinton and Terra Mainord and is also survived by her sister, Aria Brynn Mainord; grandparents, Kathie (Tony) Bosio, Wayne (Carolyn) Trussell, Misty (Jody) Bray and Ivan Mainord; great grandparents, Amy (Danny) Dykes, Ann Trussell Haynes, Carol and Robert Hammers and Geraldine Mainord Pollard; great great grandmother, Wanda Meeks; a host of loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Matthew Meeks officiating with burial to follow in the Fall Creek Cemetery.

Visitation: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Wednesday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee.
