Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee – Mrs. Sandra Diane Singleton, 70, passed away Tuesday January 4, 2022, at the Sheltering Arms Home in Palmer, Tennessee. She was born in Palmer, Tennessee on December 11, 1951, to Albert Jr. Sanders and Helen Layman Sanders. She was preceded death by her father, Albert Jr. Sanders; sister, Rita Kay Sanders; brothers, Myron Sanders, Michael Sanders and twin brothers, Tom and Dennis Sanders.
Sandra had worked at Exceptional Enterprises and attended the Bivens Chapel Methodist Church up until her health declined. She was a loving wife, daughter, and sister, she was always caring for her family.
She is survived by her husband, Willie Singleton; mother, Helen Layman Sanders Borne; brothers, Ricky and Andy Sanders; sisters, Karen Sanders, Mildred Borne and Donna Nunley. Several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Larry Campbell officiating with burial to follow in the Swiss Colony Cemetery.
Visitation: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Saturday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee.
