Obituary of Bully Parson

Tracy City, Tennessee – Mr. Christopher Heith “Bully” Parson, 42, passed away Tuesday June 21, 2022, at his home.  He was born in Sewanee, Tennessee on August 12, 1979.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Rebecca Ann Shelton; grandparents, Johnny and Bessie Parson, Ed and Ruby Shelton, Corky Mainord.

He is survived by his children, Maddox Parson, Hazel Parson and Shailyn King; parents, Dean and Carol Parson; brothers, Josh (Amanda) Parson, Keith “Porker” Parson, Andrew (Jessica) Meeks; sister, Laura (Keaton) Jones; grandmother, Linda Mainord; nieces and nephews, Travis Parson, Dani and Atlas Meeks, Paul, Genesis and Sebastian Jones; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and a multitude of friends.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Rick Ruehling officiating with burial to follow in the Bonny Oaks Cemetery.

Visitation: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Saturday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee.
