Please share a memory of Wayne to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

ALTAMONT - Mr. Wayne Varden Trim, 67, went to be with Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior  on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 unexpectedly. He was born in Loudon County, TN on January 12, 1955 to Glen Trim and Lena Roberts Goglio who preceded him in death along with Minnie McCarver, who although was a aunt, she treated him just as all her other grandchildren and raised him from the time he was 14, as this was when his mother died. Charles and Bertie Morgan who were also instrumental along with Minnie McCarver in the upbringing of Wayne. Brenda Morgan and Phyllis Morgan who were his cousins, but he thought of as  sisters.

Wayne is survived by Jennifer Joy Trim, who he was married to for 34 years. His oldest daughter Christie and her husband Bradley, younger daughter Misty Campbell. His grandchildren, Eric Campbell, Jennifer Campbell, Levi Campbell, Desiray Layne, Kirsten Layne. His great-grandchildren, Dylan Campbell, Aurora Campbell, Bentley Campbell, Iris Campbell.  Robert Walker, who was even though his cousin, Wayne considered him his brother. Sharon Morgan Patton and her husband Eddie, daughter of Charles and Bertie Morgan.

Wayne was led to The Lord and was saved by his aunt in 1969. He was a member of AirView Baptist Church.

Wayne had many different careers during his lifetime, from being a long haul tractor trailer driver to National Executive Vice President for Associates Housing Finance and finally to a creator of several successful companies, the last of which was American Field Reports, a company grossing over a million dollars a year, at the time when he sold his stock in the company to his partner. Wayne retired in 2013.

Wayne considered most important jobs in life was to be a good husband to his wife Joy, a good father to Christie and Misty, who he raised and treated as his own daughters, even though he fathered neither girl, Wayne never considered them anything but his daughters. He would never once ever refer to either girl as a step-daughter, only as a daughter. Wayne Greatly enjoyed being a grandfather to all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
