Obituary of Nancy Sue Gipson Pinegar

Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee – Mrs. Nancy Gipson Pinegar, 60, passed away Saturday November 12, 2022, at her home.  She was born in East Saint Louis, Illinois on February 18, 1962, to Charles Ray Gipson and Patsy Joan Brittin Gipson who preceded her in death along with her sister, Diane Haynes.

Nancy was a member of the Mount Zion Independent Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Don Pinegar; sons, Ryan Coffelt, Jason (Talya) Coffelt, Kevin (Tausha) Coffelt, Dusty Coffelt and Shaun Gipson; stepchildren, Billy Joe (Ashley) Pinegar, Donnie (Tammy) Pinegar and Stephanie Hernandez; sisters, Janet (Bud) Smartt and Mary Kay Brewer; brothers, Danny (Diane) Gipson and Matthew (Tina) Gipson; 17 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday at the Mount Zion Independent Baptist Church with Pastors Andy Lockart and Jason Coffelt officiating with burial to follow in the Fall Creek Cemetery.

Visitation: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Monday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee and 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Tuesday at the Church.
