Altamont - Mr. Billy Joe Fowler, 75, of Altamont, Tennessee and Ridgely, Tennessee native passed away Tuesday January 24, 2012 at his home. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Fowler; daughter, Patricia Ballou; brothers, Oneal and Jr. Fowler. He is survived by his daughters, Kimberly Basham and Rosemary Fowler; grandchildren, Joseph Ballou, Geneva (Todd) Culp, Billy Miller and Aaron Jennings; great grandchildren, Trevor Fowler, Bethany and Kaleb Mills. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Friday at the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home in Ridgely, TN with burial to follow in the New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely, TN. Visitation: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM at the Ridgely Chapel.
