Obituary of Ella Mae Harrison

 McMinnville – Mrs. Ella Mae Harrison, 75, passed away Tuesday August 14, 2018 in McMinnville, Tennessee. She was born in Washington County, Florida on February 18, 1943 to John Brannon Harrison and Lelar Rebecca Heath Harrison who preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her sisters, Verlin Hall, Annie Mae Strickland and Louise Youngblood Bentz; brothers, Martin, James, Hubbert, Charles and Alvie Harrison.

She enjoyed her life, being around her family, her friends, traveling and gardening.

She is survived by her son, Bobby (Tanua) Dennis of McMinnville; daughter, Teresa Webb of Lawrenceville, GA; brother, Jimmy Harrison, Fruitland Park, FL; sister, Dollie Thomas of Leesburg, FL; grandchildren, Destiny Dennis, Keithan and Emma Dennis, McMinnville, James and Megan King, Smithville, TN, Matthew, Sarah and Danielle Webb, Lawrenceville, GA; great grandchildren, Addisyn and Reanna King; several nieces and nephews along with many special friends.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Monday in the funeral home chapel with Minister, Hershel Short officiating. Burial will follow in the Brick House Cemetery at Rock Island. Visitation: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Sunday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
