Obituary of Dr. James N. Hall, O.D.

MCMINNVILLE, TN - Dr. James N. Hall, O.D., 79, passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2018 with his family at his side. He was of the Church of Christ Faith, he was an Optometrist, airplane pilot and a black belt in karate. He was born on September 17, 1939 to Van and Myrtle Hall who preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Whitman Hall; sons, Tim (Angela) Whitman and Scotty (Maria) Whitman; grandchildren, Derek (Tristan), Keri (Lebron), Timmy, Michelle, Jase, Jaron, Crystal, Tiffany, Alex and Junior; great-grandchildren, Bailey, Kathan, Austin, Colton and Hunter.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, October 21, 2018 in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow in the Fults Cemetery. Visitation: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM Saturday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, TN.
