Altamont - Mrs. Evelyn Faye Richardson, 74, passed away at her home surrounded by her family, Friday November 30, 2012. She was born in Altamont, Tennessee on April 27, 1938 to Herman and Mae Fults McGee who preceded her in death along with her sisters, Wilene Nelson and Lucille McGee. She is survived by her husband, George Franklin Richardson; son, Jimmy (Kathy) Richardson; sisters, Thelma Woodlee, Edith (George) Huntley, Melba Huntley and Linda McGee; brothers, Alton, Waymon(Mamie) and Loyd (Ruth) McGee; grandchildren, Dewayne (Amanda) and Bradley Richardson; great grandson, Andrew Richardson several loving nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Jay Richardson and Dal Barrett officiating with burial to follow in the Fults Cemetery. Visitation: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM Saturday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
