Obituary of Oma Lee Lewis

PALMER - Mrs. Oma Lee Lewis, 94, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2019 at NHC Healthcare in Dunlap, TN. She was born on July 5, 1924 to Clyde and Pearl Worley Boyd who preceded her in death along with her husband, William Howard Lewis; brother, Lonzo Boyd; sister, Grace Keeler; grandson, Hank Lewis.

She is survived by her sons, Creig (Faye), David (Sylvia "Cookie") and Jeff (Teresa) Lewis; grandchildren, Wade, Jan, Kim, James, Angie, Ben and Clay; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery with Bro. Tom Burnett and Minister Mike Scott officiating.

Visitation will be 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM Monday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee
