Obituary of Sherry Lois Creighton

 Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee – Mrs. Sherry Lois Creighton, 55, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at her home with her family at her bedside.  She was born in Rutherfordton, North Carolina on February 23, 1964.  She was preceded in death by her father, Buddy Ray Dills; infant brother, Randy Dills.

She attended the Barkers Cove Community Church and was a CNA.

She is survived by her husband, Keith Creighton; mother, Mary L. Emanuel, Flat Rock, North Carolina; sons, Justin L. Keeter, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee and Les A. (Veronica) Keeter, Gruetli-Laager; daughter, Jennifer B. Keeter, Gruetli-Laager; brother, Phillip Ray Dills, Polk County, North Carolina; children, Jennifer (Nathan) McNeece and Jason (Kim) Creighton; grandsons, Bentley Keeter, Nick Poterfield and Donnie McNeece.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers, Jamie Pack, Kyle Lewis and Chad Smith officiating with burial to follow in the Fall Creek Cemetery.  Visitation: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Wednesday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
