Palmer, Tennessee – Miss Saylor Hope Diamond Smartt, infant daughter, passed away Wednesday August 21, 2019 at the Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She was born in Chattanooga on August 20, 2019.
She is survived by her parents, Danny Aaron Smartt and Bretney Nicole Floyd Smartt; brother, Gavin Smartt; grandparents, Carl and Cathy Nolan and Ronnie and Donna Doss; great grandparents, Charles and Betty Floyd.
