Palmer, Tennessee – Mr. Clell Lendon Layne, 55, passed away Monday September 30, 2019 at the home of his wife, Laura Frances Nolan Layne in Dunlap, Tennessee. He was born in Coalmont, Tennessee on May 23, 1964 to Thomas Jackson Layne and Margie King Layne who preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Don Layne officiating with burial to follow in the King Cemetery at Tarlton Valley. Visitation: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Wednesday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
