GRUETLI-LAAGER - Billy Arvill McHone, 80, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2012. He was a member of the House of Lord Church. He was born on January 28, 1932 to George Harley and Mattie Shoemake McHone who preceded him in death along with his sons, Joe Floyd, Ricky Floyd, Jeffery Floyd; grandson, Edward McHone, Jr.; great-grandson, Trevor Jordan Kilgore; sister, Elsie Turner. He is survived by his wife, Doris McHone; daughters, Patricia (Hade) Rogers, Kathy (Anthony) Moore, Lucy (Mac) Kilgore, Ida Lee (J.C.) Layne; sons, Edward (Betty) McHone, John (Marsha) Floyd; brother, Harles (Jenny) McHone; sisters, Parthena Fults, Fay Turner; 17 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Ronnie Partin and Bro. Dennis "Crow" Rollins officiating with burial to follow in the Griffiths Creek Cemetery. Visitation: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM Sunday and 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee.
