Palmer, Tennessee – Ms. Tammy Lou Cleek, 62, passed away Monday January 13, 2020 at the Hospice Care Center in Chattanooga. She was born in Coalmont, Tennessee on October 17, 1957 to J.D. Dent and Nelson Faye Smith Dent Hoosier who preceded her in death along with her sister, Pam White Caldwell; brothers, Sam and Scotty Dent.
She is survived by her son, Cory Cleek, East Ridge, TN; daughter, Paige (Shannon) Womack, Jasper, TN; brothers, Tim (Phyllis) Dent, Troy (Lisa) Dent and Jeff (Tiffany) Dent; sisters, Deb (Jimmy) Meeks and Lisa (Andy) Morrison; 5 grandchildren, Tarik Cleek, Hayden Meeks, Jarron, Carter and Knox Womack; several loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Tyler McCullough officiating with burial to follow in the Palmer City Cemetery. Visitation: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Wednesday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
