Obituary of Nicky Mason Creighton

Altamont, Tennessee – Mr. Nick Creighton, 83, passed away Thursday February 6, 2020 at his home. He was born in McMinnville, Tennessee on January 22, 1937 to Frank Earl Creighton and Myrtle Edith Brown Creighton who preceded him in death along with his brother, Dick Creighton, sister-in-law, Loretta Sanders Creighton and nephew, Stacy Creighton. He was a US Army veteran of Korea and was a member of the Gruetli Church of God. He was a retired truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Darla Creighton; son, Aaron (Shanna) Creighton; daughter, Charity Creighton; grandchildren, Mason, Zoey, Addyson, Jackson, Jase and Austin; niece, Bethany Creighton Griffin. Nick had many dear friends and truck driving buddies. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Minster Herb Ward officiating with burial to follow in the Browns Chapel Cemetery.
