Obituary of Nicholas Cole "Bird" Layne

Palmer, Tennessee – Mr. Nicholas Cole "Bird" Layne, 33, went home to be with Jesus on Monday February 17, 2020 at his home. He was born in Tullahoma, Tennessee on December 30, 1986. He was preceded in death by his father, Mark Anthony Layne; grandfather, Harvey Layne. He loved his horses, his dogs and his family always ending a phone call or a visit with hugs and always tell you, I love you. He was baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost, dedicating his life to the Lord. He attended the Light House Pentecostal Church in Dunlap, TN. He was a hard worker. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Cox Layne; brother, Tristan Anthony Layne, Delta, OH; grandparents, Betty Jo Layne, Bobby and Flossila Cox; several loving aunts, uncles and cousins; special friends, Brittany, Ashton and Leanne Benoit, Lorren Slatton and Julie Whitman, along with many others to numerous to mention including his special mom's and pop's. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Minsiters, Eddie Birdwell, Wilson Cox and Kevin Benoit officiating with burial to follow in the Palmer, Cemetery.
