We all have so many memories of Keith. Not just Grundy County but the world has lost a forever friend, a one of a kind. My heart and prayers are with Renae, Jess, Lindsey and kids as well as the rest of the family. Greg you’re in my heart and prayers. Keith is Dancing with the Angels and oh what an Angel he is. Renee and girls I know you don’t have to be told how very special your husband and father was, but I want to tell you he was such a awesome person and Gary and I were so very blessed to call him our friend. Like everyone else, I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Keith's passing. He was the same old friendly Keith, anywhere you saw him. Any time there was a gathering in Grundy County, he was likely to be there and taking part in making it a success.
Some people stand on the sidelines of life, and others get in the game. Keith's passing leaves a void in our community that won't be filled.
My sincere sympathy is extended to his family and friends.

Keith was a true friend he always made me feel loved .My favorite memory was we were at a wedding 20 plus years ago .He leaned over against a curtain and it fell .We couldn't figure out how to fix it Thank goodness I had pinned my dress neckline up cause it was too low with the biggest safety pin ever .I gave it to him and he pinned it into the wall .We laughed so hard .For ever when we would meet he would ask if I had a safety pin just in case he needed it .Renee just want you to know I love you so very much and know how hard it is to lose our fellows .To his girls your daddy loved yall and those grandbabies so much .Yall were his SUNSHINE .Prayers for all

Keith called me a few months ago to tell me he really liked my Mom and thought she was a very nice person. He hated the fact he didn’t get to contact me sooner about her passing. I know I really don’t know the family well but it shows by him calling me what a thoughtful person he was. I’m the other Carol McBee . I’m so sorry for your loss.

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Keith's passing. He was such a larger than life personality, that it was hard to imagine. He touched so many lives and always seemed to make you feel better when you saw him, lighting up the room with his laughter and wit. My heart goes out to Renee, Jessica, Lindsey, Greg and the rest of his family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
He and I had had a running joke for years between us. (Bet we embarrassed Renee a few times.) We called each other by the same nickname. So for the last time, I'll use it... Rest In Peace, Pewt. I'm gonna miss you.

Keith was and always will be the cornerstone of the GCHS class of 1976. He was our leader when we were young and even when we celebrated decades after our graduation. His personal knowledge of all of us along with his humor kept us laughing. He will be missed by us all, but remembered for making our class reunions the best! Keeping his entire family in our thoughts and prayers.
