Palmer, Tennessee – Mr. Larry Randall Cagle, 69, passed away Sunday March 22, 2020 at his home. He was born in Dunlap, Tennessee on March 3, 1951 to Dexter and Velma Green Cagle who preceded him in death along with his great niece, Saylor Smartt.
He is survived by his sisters, Yvonne (Late Harry) Hogan and Kathy (Carl) Nolan; nephew, Danny (Bretney) Smartt; great nephew, Gavin Smartt.
Graveside funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Browns Chapel Cemetery with Minister Riley Anderson officiating. Arrangements by Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
