Obituary of Gary Eugene Gifford, III

Palmer, Tennessee – Mr. Gary Eugene Gifford III, 30, passed away suddenly Thursday April 9, 2020 in Columbia, Tennessee. He was born in Columbia, Tennessee on April 24, 1989. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gary E. Gifford Sr. “Paw Paw”; grandmother, Kathy Dale. Gary graduated for Florence High School in Florence, AL. He owned Gifford’s Plumbing and More in Columbia, TN. He loved hunting and fishing and spending time with family and friends. His humorous nature kept everyone laughing at his jokes and brighten everyone’s day. He will be dearly missed and loved by everyone who knew him. He is survived by his children, Ethan Hawkins, Hunter Gifford, Johnathan Pratt, Joshua Mazariegos and Jacob Mazariegos; the love of his life, Brittany Nicole Mazariegos; parents Gary E. Gifford Jr. and Tammy Dale Gifford; sister, Amanda (Phillip) Harrington; brother, Micheal W. Gifford; grandmother, Mary K. Gifford; nieces, Madison Jones, Paisley Harrington, Emily Lucy and Alaina Gifford. A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday at the Palmer Cemetery.
