Altamont, Tennessee – Mrs. Helen Ruth Fults, 77, passed away Friday May 29, 2020 at Tri-Star Skyline Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. She was born in McMinnville, Tennessee on June 19, 1942 to B.F. Yates and Wilma Fisher Yates who preceded her in death along with her husband, Larry Fults; sister, Shirley Nunley.
She was a member of Cumberland Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, George Fincher, Alan (Dena) Fults and Robbie Fults; sisters, Barabara Wanamaker and Beverly Hertwig; 5 grandchildren, Jerricah, Sidney, Gabriel, Hannah and Zachary; 2 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Alton Scruggs officiating with burial to follow in the AirView Cemetery. Visitation: 12:00 Noon – 2:00 PM Monday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
