Obituary of Benny Eugene Coppinger

Palmer, Tennessee – Mr. Benny E. Coppinger, 76, passed away, Monday June 1, 2020 at the Park Ridge West Hospital in Jasper, Tennessee. He was born in Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee on September 8, 1943 to James Paul Coppinger and Mary Catherine Tate Coppinger who preceded him in death along with his brothers, Elmer Ralph, Bill and Wade Coppinger. He was a member of the Bethel Incline Church and worked as a Carpenter most of his life. He is survived by his wife, Linda Hobbs Coppinger; sons, Robert (Tammy), Randy (Brandee) and Joe (Bridget) Coppinger; brother, Stanley (Sue) Coppinger; sisters, Paulette Cleek Brown and Amy Coppinger; grandchildren, Alyssa, Cassie and Cameron Coppinger, Morgan and Braddison Cantrell; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Danny Chance officiating with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery.
