She was born in Palmer, TN on March 14, 1947 to Arthur and Martha Layne McCoy who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband George Pangelinan Sr. of Highland, CA. Daughters Wendy Pangelinan and Mendy Lyons. Son George Pangelinan Jr. (Jessica), 7 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren
Sisters Ruth Mays, Tulsa, OK. Phyllis Rinehart, Tuscaloosa, AL. Brother David McCoy, Homeland, CA
Funeral services will be held October 30,2020 at 10:30 A.M
The Way World Outreach
San Bernardino, CA
Burial will be at Riverside National Cemetery.
