Obituary of Charles Robert Cawley

Altamont, Tennessee – Mr. Charles Robert Cawley, 88, passed away Sunday October 11, 2020 at his home.  He was born in Tecumseh, Nebraska on March 5, 1932 to Charles Raymond Cawley and Emma Hoskins Cawley who preceded him in death along with his brother, John Cawley and infant son, James Ernest Cawley.

He was a Corporal in the United States Army, a farmer and owner/operator over the road truck driver.  He was of the Methodist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Sweeton Cawley; sons, Robert A. “Tony” (Brandy) Cawley, Richard A. (Elena) Cawley and Charles Adrian Cawley; daughters, Patricia Ann Rieder and Cheryl Lynn Cawley; brother, Richard Cawley; sister, Virginia Tyson; grandchildren, Robyn, Trevior, Trenton, Owen, Kelley, Christopher, Adam and Alex; great granddaughter, Ariya.

Graveside funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday at the Fall Creek Cemetery with Military Honors.
