Obituary of Evelyn Denise Bivens

GRUETLI-LAAGER - Mrs. Evelyn Denise Bivens, 61, passed away, Wednesday, November 11, 2020. She was born on January 29, 1959 to Marshall O'Brien and Doris Carrick Bivens who preceded her in death along with her husband, Oscar Morrison; son; Hiram Bivens, brother, Jonathan Bivens.

She is survived by her sons, Colby Bivens and Tisom (Erica) Bivens; daughters, Dorissa (Brian Matlock) Bivens and Delyssa Bivens; brothers, Thomas and Doyle Bivens; sisters, Lucy Parson and Elaine Gail Burnett; grandchildren, Broderick, Brinslee, Stella and Akanthia.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Larry Campbell officiating with burial to follow in the Burkett's Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM Saturday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee
