Palmer - Mr. Billy Ray Green, 53, passed away Tuesday April 2, 2013. He was born in Palmer, Tennessee on May 4, 1959. He was preceded in death by his parents, Scott Green and Mary Edna Walker Green Roberts; sister, Juanita Caldwell. He is survived by his daughter, Laura; sister, Betty Jo (Harold) Slatton; brother, Danny (Kathy) Green; brother-in-law, Gene Caldwell. Loving nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday in the funeral home chapel with brother Jacob Anderson officiating with burial to follow in the Fall Creek Cemetery. Visitation: 5:00 PM 9:00 PM Wednesday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
