Obituary of Barbara Joette Dodson

 Coalmont, Tennessee – Ms. Barbara Joette Dodson, 52, passed away Sunday May 16, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee from complications of Covid-19.

She was born in New Port, Rhode Island on July 29, 1968 to Bailey Allen Pickett and Barbara Joan Eastridge Pickett who preceded her in death.

She was employed by Cigna in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

She is survived by her daughter, Cherie (Breanne) Woods, Las Cruces, NM; son, Gage Dodson, Coalmont; brother, Kurt (Tammie) Pickett, Harrison, TN; sister, Sandy (Boyd) Abrams, LaFayette, GA; grandchildren, Ava and Addison Woods; several loving nieces and nephews.

A private burial will be held with the family will be held at the Fall Creek Cemetery.
