Obituary of Tommie Lee Totherow

Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee – Mr. Tommie Lee Totherow, 52, passed away Saturday July 31, 2021 at his home.  He was born in Coalmont, Tennessee on June 26, 1969.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Howell Totherowl; brother, Jason “Jake” Totherow.

He was a US Army Veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa Totherow; mother, Leda Nunley Totherow; sister, Camelle (Jamey Campbell) Totherow; brothers, Joshua Cole Totherow and Jeremiah “Kapen” (Felisha) Totherow; step-sons, David (Kristi) and Daniel (Regina)  Shrum; 3 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Tyler McCullough officiating with burial to follow in the Totherow Family Cemetery with Military honors provided by the Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard.

Visitation: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Tuesday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee.
