Palmer - Mr. Joe Monroe "Go" Fults, 68, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at his home. He was born in Palmer, Tennessee on May 26, 1945 to Ether and Martha King Fults who preceded him in death along with his sister, Brenda Fults; brothers, Wilburn, Ernest and Larry Fults. He is survived by his companion, Linda Taylor; son, Brian Keith Fults; daughter, Susie Fults; sisters, Janie Fults and Irene McKinney; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday in the funeral home chapel with Brother Jacob Anderson and Brother Ronald Coffelt officiating with burial to follow in the Brown's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thursday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
