Obituary of Dennis Eugene Kelley

PALMER - Mr. Dennis Eugene Kelley, 73, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021 at CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. He was the owner of Kelley's Grocery in Palmer, TN.

He was born May 7, 1948 in Chattanooga, TN to James and Mildred Goodwin Kelley who preceded him in death along with his wife, Judy Kelley; brother, Kenneth Kelley.

He is survived by his daughter, Sandy Kelley; sons, Andy Kelley, Thomas Rankin and Darin Rankin; sister, Sharon (Don) Lynch; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers Ronnie Partin and Brett Meeks officiating with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery.

Visitation 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Monday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, TN
