Gruetli-Laager - Mr. Bruce E. Coffelt, 64 passed away Saturday July 27, 2013. He was a US Army veteran of Vietnam and Desert Storm, A member of the Palmer First Nazarene Church, the Vietnam Veterans of America #0203 in Chattanooga, the Carpenters Local #74 in Hixson and had worked at TVA. Bruce was a training NCO for the Tennessee National Guard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dan and Rosa Nell Brewer Coffelt. He is survived by his wife, Gail Coffelt; brothers, Rev. Danny (Karen) and Lebron (Stacey) Coffelt; sisters, Sheila (Donnie) Stewart, Sherry (Jerry) Layne and Shasta (Scott) Floyd; loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers Danny Coffelt and Riley Anderson officiating with burial to follow in the Fall Creek Cemetery with military honors provided by the Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard.
