Altamont - Mr. Edward Sanford Bergholt, 79, passed away Tuesday July 30, 2013. He was born in Cincinati, OH on May 12, 1934 to Edward Sanford Bergholt Sr. and Alice Fuglie Bergholt who preceded him in death along with his sister, Marilyn and Brother, Jimmy. He was a US Navy veteran, Registerd Nurse and Trim-Finish Carpenter. Ed was a member of the Beersheba Springs Seventh-Day Adventist Church and worked at Harvestime Books located at Pilgrims Rest. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Zeber Bergholt; son, Lane Edward Bergholt, Tampa, FL. Burial services will be held privately in the Altamont Cemetery.
