Obituary of Tony Darrell Britton, Sr.

PALMER - Mr. Tony Darrell Britton, Sr. passed away Friday, August 12, 2022. He was born on April 2, 1957 in Altamont, TN to Charles Elliott and Frances Marie Morrison Britton who preceded him in death along with his sisters, Judy Britton and June Nolan; granddaughter, Chasten Britton.

He is survived by his sons, Tony Jr. (Miranda) and Kenny Britton; grandchildren, Dylan (Brittany), Kendra (Cullen), Colton, Chandler and Kasie; great-grandchild, Hazlee; brother; Charles E. Britton; sisters, Anna Howe, Glenda Harrison and Joy (Mike) Shrum; companion, Sue Coffelt; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Chad Smith and Bro. Joshua Turner officiating with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM Saturday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, TN
