Palmer, Tennessee – Mrs. Patricia Ann Meeks, 77, passed away Tuesday September 13, 2022 at the Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. She was born in Palmer, Tennessee on November 14, 1944 to Claude Leonard Birdwell and Dola Willette Brewer Birdwell who preceded her in death along with her son, Lindley Garner; brothers, David, Don, Doug, Roger and Lindell Birdwell.

She is survived by her sons, Vincent Garner and Chad (Kayla) Meeks; sister, Pam (Sherill) Meeks; brothers, Tommy (Viva) and Larry (Weedy) Birdwell; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
