Obituary of Cole Bear Davis

Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee – Timothy Cole “Cole Bear” Davis, 31, died Saturday January 14, 2023, at the Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

He was born in McMinnville, Tennessee on August 28, 1991, to Waymond Lewis Davis and Rhonda Kay Meeks Davis.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roger Meeks, Earl & Juanita Davis; step-fathter, William Wayne Layne.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his grandmother, Barbara Ann Meeks; brothers, Justin and Jason Davis, Tyler (Katie) Mansfield; sisters, Stacey (Derek) Pendleton, Cristy and Misty Davis, Whitney (Devin) Comer and Jerica (Late Eric) Robertson; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Saturday January 21, 2023, in the funeral home chapel with Minister Chad Smith officiating with cremation to follow.

Visitation: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Saturday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee.
