Obituary of Margaret Olene Byars

Beersheba Springs - Ms. Margaret Olene Byars, 86, passed away Friday, January 27, 2023 at her home. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Altamont Ward. Margaret was blessed with many talents, she especially like making throws for her family. She loved creating and making her special Christmas scenes, doing genealogy work, and most of all taking care of her large family.

She was born September 20, 1936 to Stanley Sr. and Elsie Fults Campbell who preceded her in death along with her sister, Wilma Smartt; brothers, Stanley Jr., Jackie (Christine), Jimmy and Earl David Campbell; sister-in-law, Ilene Campbell; nephews, Phillip Campbell and Justin Curtis; great-nephews, Jackie Whitman, twins Jett and Campbell Goodwin; great-niece, Tori Cash.

She is survived by her sisters, Linna (Russell) Ladd, Janice (late James) Hall, Sharon (James Ed) Curtis, Patricia (Robbie) Duvall, Sheila (Bob) Pope; brothers, Larry (Treva) and Barry (Linda) Campbell; sisters-in-law, Gail Campbell and Brenda Campbell; two special friends, Greg Lee and Don Johnson from the state of Utah; host of nieces and nephews she loved dearly.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Monday in the funeral home chapel with Bishop Jason Blake and Jody Campbell officiating with burial to follow in the Fults Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Layne Funeral Home to help with expenses.
