Tracy City, Tennessee – Mrs. Diana Lynn Hoffman, 65, passed away Saturday February 25, 2023 at the STRHS Hospital in Winchester, Tennessee. She was born in Bartow, Florida on July 17, 1957, to Clarence Caldwell and Margaret Burnett Caldwell who preceded her in death along with her brother, Gerry Caldwell.
She is survived by her sons, Donnie, Ronnie, Jeremy and Timothy Sanders; brothers, Michael (Melissa) Caldwell and Darron Caldwell.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday March 13, 2023 in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow in the Coalmont Cemetery.
Visitation: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM Monday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee.
