Palmer - Mrs. Otsie June Partin Anderson, 75, passed away Monday September 2, 2013 at the home of her daugther. She was born in Palmer on September 19, 1937 to Benjamin Franklin Partin and Ollie Jackson Cagle Partin who preceded her in death along with her husband Alvin, T. "Tom" Anderson; son, Thomas Wade Anderson; sister, Bessie King; brother, Jack Partin; grandson, Christopher Hargis. She is survived by her sons, Ricky (Kathy), Charlie (Sandra), and Tony (Buffy) Anderson; daughters, Zenia (James "Duke") Cox and Marsha (DeWayne) Privett; sister, Imogene Smith, Lexington, KY; brother, James B. (Marion) Partin, Acworth, GA; 12 grandchildren, Elonia, Nateka, Jennifer, Brandon, Courtney, Brittany, T.J., Zachary, Dillon, Joe, Danielle and Delaney; 15 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers, John Potts, Riley Anderson and Jimmy O'Dear officiating with burial to follow in the Brown's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wednesay at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennnessee. www.laynefuneralhome.com
