Obituary of Rabbitt Morrison

Palmer, Tennessee – Mr. Jeffery Don “Rabbitt” Morrison, 65, passed away Sunday April 16, 2023, at his home.  He was born in Cumberland Heights, Tennessee on August 19, 1957, to Ben Morrison Jr. and Jessie Lee Tate Morrison who preceded him in death along with his brothers, Bill, Lannie, Jim Bob and Danny Morrison; sisters, Betty Floyd, Judy Kelly and Debbie Morrison.

He was retired from the Grundy County School System.

He is survived by his companion, Kyra Braden; beloved pet. Ozzie; sisters, Susan Layne, Carol (Bobby) Stewart and Laura Ellen Wilson; brother, Jack Morrison; a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers Jeremy Robinson and Bill Smith officiating with burial to follow in the Palmer Cemetery.

Visitation: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Monday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee.
