Palmer, Tennessee – Doris Jean Layman, 67, passed away Saturday April 29, 2023, at the Hospice Care Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
She was born in Palmer, Tennessee to Tommy Leon Layman and Dorothy Pry Layman who preceded her in death along with her brother, Tommy (Molly) Layman; uncle, J.C. Layman; niece, Melissa Whitman.
She is survived by her sisters, Irene Turner and Stella Sweeton; brothers, Carl (Shelia) Layman and Robert Lee “Bo” Layman; nephews, Jim, Robert, Josh and Terry; nieces, Alice, Jan, April, Kim, Cindy and Gracie.
A private graveside services will be held at the White Cemetery.
