Obituary of Joyce Conry

Palmer, Tennessee – Miss Margaret Joyce Conry, 96, passed away Saturday July 1, 2023, at her home in Red Bank, Tennessee.  She was born in Palmer, Tennessee on August 7, 1926, to James Polk Conry and Anna Grace Reider Conry who preceded her in death along with her sisters, Frances Conry, Ann Creighton and Carolyn Sissom.

She was a life member of the Palmer United Methodist Church and enjoyed attending the Palmer Nazarene Church and the Red Bank United Methodist Church.  She was a member of the Insurance Women of Chattanooga.

She is survived by her nephew, Eric Creighton.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM CDT Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Stanley Coppinger officiating with burial to follow in the Fall Creek Cemetery.

Visitation: 12:00 – 1:00 PM CDT Thursday at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tennessee
