Stew being the father of my brothers and my mothers ex-husband, I never got to know Stew as well as I could. But what expieriences I had with him I will always cherish. When I first met him, I'll admit it was awkward as heck, but I warmed up to him immediately. Well in a physical and emotional level, mainly in part to the fact that he gave me the sweater off his back first moment i met him. He offered his home for Matthew and I to stay the night you felt a sense of peace the very moment you walked in. Then as we left for the long trek home, he gave me a hug and told me he loved me. Which I will not deny was awkward as heck, but in the long run I realize was one of the most heartfelt things I could ever hear, especially to someone like me. Who wasn't even your son, you treated me like your flesh and blood, and for that Stew I say I love you too. May you rest in peace in heaven, and while your up there, say hi to my father and pop pop. You will be sorely missed, and when I get up there I'll give you a shirt just to say thank you
